All items must be returned in their original (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, un-altered, free of marks, make-up stains, free of animal hair, perfume, deodorant or cigarette smoke scents) condition to be eligible. You must notify us of your intentions to return an item(s) within 5 days of receipt and all items must be returned and received at our location within 15 days from original receipt. Our return policy is only for STORE CREDIT.
If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the above criteria or without contacting us prior to, we will not offer a store credit or exchange nor will we be responsible or obligated to return any items to you. There are no returns or exchanges on jewelry, accessories, or swim wear. If you meet the requirements and would like to return an item, please use our Contact Us page to let us know which item(s) including item number you are returning and the reason for your return. Please be sure to include the order item, your name, and contact information. We will send you the information needed to process the return. We strongly encourage using delivery confirmation for your return package as we will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit. Once we receive your returned item(s) they will be processed within 3-5 business days, after which you will be emailed an electronic gift card for the amount of your original purchase price minus shipping charges; shipping charges will not be refunded.
